Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with frigg within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform:

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.
You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided by frigg, but use of the form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the withdrawn service without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Services Started During the Withdrawal Period
If you have expressly requested that frigg begin providing the agreed services before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be required to pay an appropriate amount for the services already provided up to the time when you inform us of your withdrawal.
The amount payable will correspond to the proportion of the agreed services that have already been performed in comparison with the full scope of services under the contract.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
For paid services, your right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period once the agreed service has been fully performed, provided that:
you expressly agreed that frigg may begin providing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period; and
you confirmed that you understand that your right of withdrawal will expire once frigg has fully performed the agreed service.
